Leading with a Global Mindset
The Smith School’s “Leading with a Global Mindset” executive development program kicked off in Beijing Northeast Marriott Hotel on June 12, 2017. Executives from the multinational corporations are delighted to hone their skills on global strategy and leadership and to get the interactive training from the Smith School’s world-renowned professor and expert. After the intensive two-day training, the executives received their certificates for completing the training course as well as the GMI Self-report, an assessment tool that determines the ability to better communicate, do business and influence foreign individuals, systems and organizations.
The Global Mindset program is a two-day training program targeted to the mid to senior-level executives who are managing in a global/regional context and are looking to accelerate Influencing, collaboration, and strategic leadership capabilities. The program is delivered by experienced faculty from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, bringing practical, international and China-specific case studies into a highly interactive learning experience.
